!!heater dial lights not working!!!

hey guys i have a vr exec and where the dials are for the heater ...the lights arnt working. the light for the hot and cold (blue and red lighting) is working but the other 2 (speed of fan) and where you wont the heat to come from arnt working. how do i remove this part of the dash to fix the globe?? is it a globe?

I have the same problem. Although if I tinker with the settings like by increasing the fan speed or the hot-cold temperature dial then it usually lights up...bit weird though

Same globe as for the dash cluster warning lights - just has a green condom on it.

You need to pull the vent control unit out - it ain't the quickest of jobs so allow a few hours for messing around. The "How-to" on replacing the head unit shows how and I've included the link:
