to post details , i reckon , would be too long & involved etc .

try a gregories manual for the wiring diagrams & go from there .
or another bcm & or keyhead ? brandnew straight from the wreckers . lol .
i've read that here somewhere , brandnew , from the wrecker . nothing wrong with that
    just sounds funny .

trivia : i've not long fitted a passenger side power window & a cat 793 pwr window switch to control it , next , the drivers side & a pwr mirror switch to control them all - bench seat series 1
not much independant down control but i'll have UP control !

Sounds like the battery/alternator. Do they go faster with the car running if so, then it's prob ur battery. Try whacking some grease in the rails that the windows sit in and see how you go from there. I know mine act a little slower with the motor switched off but that's normal... If they are really slow then sounds like your battery.

this is a factory thing, once the car is unlocked the pwr windows along with the interior light are turned on for 30sec. the real only way to do it is to get a electronic kit that either a. u can adjust the delay, or b. only set it for a longer time frame. Hook it to where it gets power feed from the bcm and buy pass it. doing this you may also disable your auto-down feature
