Idle Thud

Ok when my VR idles I feel a slight thud every 5 seconds or so but when idling with engine cold it doesn't make this thud. Its only slight and only happens during idle, any help would be great.

where does it thud? i could feel mine thud threw the steering wheel, turned out the belt tensioner was stuffed.

How is it through the rev range? What about under hard acceleration?

Yeah it's fine under heavy acceleration and high speeds it only does it while idling its weird might give the ignitions leads a check might replace the spark plugs aswell.
