vr v8 powersteer belt problem!

hey guys, i have a problem with my vr.the power steering belt keeps twisting and eventually coming off.ive replaced the power steer pump and the triple pulley and a number of belts with no luck.i recently had the engine out to relpace the cam and it wasnt doing this before.any ideas??

Something must be out of line - when you did the cam did you remove the PS pump and if so did it go back exactly as before? Is the belt the correct size for the pulley and does not sit high?.
Try watching the belt with the engine idling whilst someone turns the steering wheel to increase the load on the belt ....you may see what is making it throw the belt.
