02 sensor test

is there any way to test the 02 sensor as i have been getting error code 13 no 02 sensor signal so i want to find out if its stuffed or just unplugged some where

Buy a new one and chuck it in. Error codes are pretty much the only way of telling. Hows your fuel economy? If it's pretty crap, i'd say it's safe to assume your O2 sensor needs replacing.
