Vr motor main cap toqrue specs

Just wondering if anyone had a vr work shop manual handy or if they knew what the torque specs are for the main cap bolts in the vr motor, the vr main cap bolts being different to that of the vn-vr series two v6 and the ecotec.
as the vr runs steel main caps and small bolts.

Haynes says: Main bearing cap bolts VP,VQ and VR series: 31 to 39 Nm plus 50 degrees.

yeah i also checked up today in a vr manual and got 31-39 nms and 45degs
although the main caps are different to vn-vr the bolts are different...hmmmmmmmm!
