    Default slow electric window

    hi my passanger side window in my vs ute is realy slow and struggles going down but seems fine going up! has any1 had this problem? do i need a new winder motor? cheers

    check to see if any of the rubbers on the inside arent in properly first before u go about changing it. also clean the terminals

    Also get hold of some silicone spray and spray it on the felt channel runners while the window is fully down - this makes the glass slide easier.

    Graphite powder is the go. About 10 bucks from a spare parts shop. Wind the window down and puff the poweder into the channels. The window will glide with ease. Remember it will only work if you haven't got a problem with channels falling out or swelling etc. Give it a go before you pull the interior apart. If it doesn't work you haven't wasted your money use the powder to puff all your cars and family cars...it's like servcing your car but servicing the window instead LOL

    it was the bailey channel rubber! the window had gone up the outside of it, i didnt realy notice it until i opend me eyes and had a look! haha. thanks 4 the help cheers
