VR calais 5litre engine

Hey there guys ...

Would any of you plp be able to point me in the right direction for a reconditioned 5litre or perhaps a mechanic that does change overs for a decent price ?!

I have a busted 5litre and need a new motor, i was going to look into rebuliding it with a few mates but just dont have the time.

Any help would be greatly appreciated !! ...been searching everywhere and just cant find any places that will do changeovers with warranty

Souther engine reconditioning might do them. But it really depends on where you live. You need to fill in you location in your header there in the top right hand corner, see where mine says wollongong or put it in your post.

I dont know anyone from round there, there must be engine reconditioners around there that do it. Have you tries Yellow Pages local business directory - yellow.com.au and typed in engine reconditioners to see what ones are in your area or ones out of town that service your ares

How did you manage to break a 5 litre out of interest? it doesn't happen every day/week/year
