oh yeah, try and pick up a transgo from ebay. cause my quote was with the parts costing $350. so 250 labour......try get it off ebay and you can slash 100 off that qoute, and depending on how cheaps your tranny mechanic is. lol
yeh i just checked good old ebay looks like i will be goin the transgo kit.. and labour i will be doin that myself id rather work on my own cars cause you can only blame yourself if something wrong happens and you do it rite the first time so you dont have to do it again thats wat i have learnt lols Cheers for all the info Guys

thanks guys no worries will do then the next step will be building up a stronger motor for more boost im only new on here but everyone is so friendly and helpfull cheers thanks for the advice
if you plan on really seeing the hp rise than i suggest do it once, do it properly. get it built. it will probably cost you $3000 but at least you should have something that lasts... saying that i wouldn't be pushing to much out of it with a stock bottom end. would be wise look at that in the near future.
explain over revving a bit more..
and a decent size cooling the stock trans should hold up fine mate
