I have a 1995 vs Berlina.

If i rev the car when its changing gears it will rev out like the belt in the gearbox is slipping. Does anyone know how much it would cost to fix.

Also the locks. I recently deadlocked my car and couldn't unlock it. How much does it cost to get a new key and new locks?
