Are both either 100% compressed or decompressed at the same time when comparing?

oh these are full travel......and it's the same size difference when compressed....

Full height ones will vary slightly between different manufacturers. Either way, both of those look past their prime.

theres not a HUGE difference in length between normal and shortened shocks... as well as shocks made from diff. manufacturers
