I know that when my drivers door is open the central locking and elec window don't work so i take a stab in the dark and guess maybe dodgy door looms or lock solenoids.

seen this before, check if the power mirrors work when the central locking DOESN'T. they both earth off one wire through connecters.

Sometimes the wire connector is at fault, coming loose sometimes, but the other day my back door stopped locking, I could still hear the motor trying to close the lock so I drowned the button slide with lube (not something really smelly like wd40 if you don't like that sort of thing) and just use a rag of something in one hand to protect the trim.
I manually locked and unlocked it a few times while spraying and then used the remote and it come good.
