VR auto to manual

Hey there, I just got my first commodore, 93 VR berlina, and I'm thinking about doing a conversion to a 5 speed. the donor car belongs to my bro-in-law, so I have access to everything i need. both cars are series 1 VR's, I have a list of everything needed but as I'm new to commodores I'm not sure if i need anything else

1.Gearbox
2.Crossmember
3.ECU
4.Pedal box/ clutch/slave master (is the clutch hydraulic?)
5.Radiator.

I know the ECU's are different, so do i need to replace the whole loom, or just the section from the ECU? So if I'm missing anything so far, let me know thanks

the clutch will be cable, so you'll need that

loom.(it goes from box to main loom.)

i think thats it....NEW flywheel bolts and i recomend getting a new throwout bearing..

everything that could **** up.....replace now...while it's out
