Manual conversion error code

I hope someone here has a solution for this. Just finished an auto to manual swap in a VS. Had a few issues with various things but finally got it going. Problem is it lights up the engine check light when you drive it. Checked the error codes and it came up 94, which is the speed sensor. The speedo is working so I assume it is something else. To do the conversion we swapped the ECU and the engine harness but I still had to wire the reversing lights up to the harness inside the car (spliced it into the connector that plugged into the shift quadrant) because it wouldn't work throught the connectors in the manual harness. Anyone had this problem after doing a similar swap? Just in case this is relevant it stalls every once in a while too. This might be unrelated because the fuel in it is about 12 months old. I just put some fresh fuel in it so this might rectify itself. It might be one of the symptoms too, not sure.

What's the sticker on the memcal you are using say? With the VS you need to swap the memcal with the swap to a manual but you need to get the right tune for the gearbox since there is the getrag and the T5

How do you tell the difference. Never even thought of that, just got an ECU for a VS manual.
