why is my air bag light on and how do i get rid of it??

hey all today my air bag light come on when i was shorting my fan out so it runs all the time and i put the wire in the wrong plug on the relay box (DOOOOHHH) and it blew the fuse to the dash and the reds so how can i get rid of the warning light

take it to get it scanned, but it may still have a problem, ur airbag system should not be working atm if the light is on so its dangerous to drive

can't be much more dangerous than driving a car that doesn't have airbags

I'm pretty sure that any time the airbag light comes on it needs to be turned off by holden no matter what caused it. They will probably charge $30-50 to do it as well

well if its not fitted by air bags, just take your cluster out and take your air bag globe out. It may not turn it off but it wont show up anymore lol.
