    Hi mate,

You don't 'need' anything else, but depending on how low you're going an adjustable panhard rod will square the rear end back up again. They're not expensive, we can supply Whiteline's premium on-car adjustable one for $165.

As for shocks and springs, these are our package prices:
KYB / Kings Commodore Lowering Packages!
Shipping to you would be $25.

This is a good chance to replace the swaybar links and strut tops/bearings. Be careful with if you are using the orignals, because if you drop them, the bearings will spill out.

Here is a picture of the old sway bar links compared to a new set -

    Here they are installed -

Here's a new set of strut tops and bearings (they usually come pre-assembled though)-

    The stock Commodore ones -

i sorta understand, are those only for the front end? so witht eh strut tops and bearings do they screw onto that thread you see in the last pic and then sit between your can and your strut? whats the prupose of these, what happens if i dont use them, and how much are they generally?

All of these things are front end only. You can use the stock parts already on your car, but it's sooooo much easier to replace them when you've got everything apart, as they are a pain in the ass to get to, but are minimal in terms of actually putting the part on the car.

You can't see it in the second pic, but the links attatch the sway bar to the strut.

I can't remember how much my tops were, around $150 - $200. But I didn't bother shopping around and just got a Nolathane set from Repco. They sit over that thread, but they don't screw on. That thread pokes through the top of your strut towers and has a bolt and a metal plate sitting on it (so yes, they sit between the car and the strut). I'm guessing it kind of acts as a rotating bush to let the struts rotate when you turn (please somebody tell me if I'm wrong). I think some people also call them crown bearings?

You can use the original Commodore ones, just be careful with them and don't drop them. They are old and will fall apart easily.

If you don't use these parts (keep in mind your car has them already), you will have a very very unstable car, and you will not be able to turn.

Well, no, but if you don't have them, steering would be very interesting to say the least.

You DON'T have to get them if you don't want to, as your car already has them (hence your ability to steer). You can re-use the old ones, but it might be a good chance to replace them.

These parts are NOT required parts to lower your car as your car already has them, the stock ones will do just fine, unless they are rooted.
