running funny on petrol

hey guys i currently have a 94 VR acclaim, the ca runs really well on gas (when i put the foot down goes fast etc) but whenever im on petrol the car doesnt seem to go as far as when it is on gas. which as you may know should be vise-versa.

also when i put the foot down in the vr the engine light (orange sensor) comes on at around 80 k's.

i think it may be that the car has been running dry (on gas) and i havnt used petrol enough, just curious as to your opinions.

Its been tuned for gas so the performance economy etc will suffer when its on petrol, you can get them balanced out but you will loose power and get worse economy on gas.

As for the engine light have you checked for codes

ahh yes i remember they tuned it for gas, lols.

honestly getting gas on my vr was the worst mistake i ever made lols.

and what do you mean heck for codes? im pretty newby when it comes to these sort of things, sorry.

they only tune the lpg mixer the timing remains the same in the tune on the chip even the factory lpg tunes run the same spark map as petrol tunes so you can run both.probably got a stuffed o2 sensor from gas ide say
