Keep the VS ECU and BCM, the engine is a straight swap. The injectors were different though, the VS ones being a slightly higher pressure or volume, one or the other. I think it is volume.

i mainley want to use the vt gear cause the comp is chipped and the wiring harness is a bit dodgy on the ute and the vt has 2 thermo fans on the radator that i want to use where as mine is only 1

Not 100% on swapping the ECU's. Should work though. Don't use the VT BCM though, yours will be fine.

    you have 2 options.

    1. drop in your new VT engine, and wire it up with the VS wiring, tap another temp sender in the manifold. use ur existing VS header manifold not the VT one (different shape coz VT has more room in the bay). n thats just about it. workout from the VT loom the wiring of the thermos, and duplicate it using ur original VS loom. I would do this first ensuring that it starts and runs before Plugging in ur 'chipped' chip in VS ecu. Much easier and cheaper.

Dont stress bout the injector pressure its controlled by the regulator which is all part of the VT fuel rail. and NAAF is right the VT ones flow 1cc less but have a better spray pattern. I have a VT engine in my VS and this was the process i followed. i kept my A/C compressor and didnt use the VT one, no regassing needed.

    2. strip your engine bay wiring and replace it with the VT one. u'll have to get a VT manual and a VS manual to compare the wiring at the ECU and any other wiring from/to the ecu (ie from the bcm) to ensure it all matches fine.

There has been a couple threads in this section about doing this same thing, and a heap of info that may be missed will be in there, do a quick search for more info

b4 i starter to rip the engin apart i swaped the chip over and it would start but die in the ass after the first fire i have no idea any suggestions but yeah decided to go with the long motor swap but is it easyer to swap the valley then to tap the hole in ??? and is there any internal differences between the vs eco and the vt eco??

the VS & VT motors are both the same internally. and really its up to you if u wanna swap valleys i would think its easier to tap it, as u dont have to crack the manifold and then have to replace the valley gaskets. just keep the fuel rail and injectors with each engines manifold.
