Vs help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi there

I have a Vs Wagon 97

To cut a long story short the car keeps clicking when you want to start it had the mechanic around monday he replaced the starter motor and now Wed it seems to be clicking again please tell me its not the starter motor again??

his trying to say it could be a terminal??

please help what is it ??

sounds like the battery is screwed.

try whacking on some jumper cables and try starting it.. should kick over fine.

also check the cable going from the battery to the starter motor they corrode and there resistance goes through the roof

What he said but make sure the cable hasnt come loose I think is what was wrong with mine when this happened.

VS's are known for alternator/battery/starter motor issues mate, I had a similar issue with my VS not holding enough charge to spark a match. On the back of the alternator there is the wire that leads to your battery (The positive cgarge one). Check that, as they corrode and fall apart at the back of the alternator.
