VS ute stalling and poor fuel economy

Just wondering if any one can help I've had this problem for a while where my car stalls when braking but only when i have just filled the tank up, but stops doing this once the tank has emptied a bit maybe 5 to 10 litres. It also has very poor fuel economy about 300km per tank, and when cornering left or accelerating the fuel gauge drops dramatically but returns to where it was after 10 seconds or so. Also when i crank the engine it seems like its flooded for a few seconds then kicks over (usually takes up to 5 seconds to start).

Has anyone else had these problems. Its driving me crazy!

You have a vacuum leak look for any hose that has come off or split hose.

while you are there check the IAC valve, could be dirty or not working.

Thanks i shall take a look at the vacuum lines today, as for the iac valve i replaced that about a month ago with a new one but will check it just in case its a dud, hoping its not though was brand new from holden.
