VS Air box making really loud sucking noise

My air box in the vs has started to make a really loud sucking noise, and i can hear it over the engine anyone know whats wrong with it??

mine does this.....and mines a VR.......i can hear it over the engine too. but the car runs fine....

anyone know whats goingon or do they all do this???

Try cleaning the filter guys, compressed air does it or if u have a washable one, wash it with warm water..

i took the filter out and it still does this, filter was just cleaned last weekend too.

so its only just started?

the 5l has a pretty loud intake anyways.. check one out with a pod, you cant hear anything besides that

must have a K&N Filter in it hahaha dont worry man that noise is the extra 30kw's perfectly normal!

well i took out the radiator, air box, a/c condenser, power steering, charcoal filter. then put it all back now its making that noise. 30kw haha for sure dude.

lol had to say it! have you checked all the pipes and clamps that lead into the throttle body are tight and that the lines on the charcoal canister have been put on properly????

mate your a legend it was the charcoal canister pipe came lose when i removed it. thanks mate
