Default what fuels are ok to run?

93 VR executive, just wondering if running the premium stuff in it will be any good? have always used the normal 91 octane and have run some injector cleaner through it before but wondering if it is worth the extra couple of bucks to get better life out of it?

people have their different opinions on it but for me (i drive a vs) ive been using premium and i get an extra 50+km a tank out of my car and its a smoother drive. So yeah i've been using premium for a while.

    +1.....

i have started using 98 octane. i think it's alot smoother, and definately get better fuel economy.....
    doesnt 98 burn slower?

but as for "Power" i think it has a Placebo effect on stock-as-a-rock VR's and VS's..

    there's no placebo effect..

it actually does run smoother. People will, however argue that you wont get any performance out of it, due to the compression ratio's being tailored for 91.

yeah, as long as it isnt leaded or diesel its not going to hurt it, it may even do some good by cleaning it out, but it isnt going to make you go faster.
