VS ute stalls whilst driving.

Gday all, problem with a VS series 3 ute. For no reason that can be detected the drive train warning light flashes on very briefly for less than a second followed by engine stall.
She so far restarts without a problem and all is well. Happened three times in the last month. Local mechanic checked out and cannot find problem, no fault codes in computer.
Fuel system is fine, clean fuel etc. Ute has 170k on the clock. Fault appears within about 15minutes of starting from cold.

Anyone else had this problem before?

May be the CAS which may not always leave a code. If it is the CAS it will get worse.
If this problem happens when cornering with fuel level below 1/2 it may be fuel related as utes have a problem there.
