Vs Calais parker/driving lights dim?

i found whilst driving today that my lights whether it be parkers or driving lights are very dim. the spot lights proving to be brighter than the normal driving lights?

just wondering where i should go from this point on, whether it being what globes to put in or what other paths i can go down?

any help would be appreciated!

Could be bulbs as they dim with age, replacements are H4 for low beam and H3 for high beam

i guess so.. thinking of buying super bright H4's or if i can find something with a blue tinge too it might go for that..
