BCM swapover in vs, is it simple?

Hey,
Ive been looking into power windows so i can get better looking doortrims....anyway..
i was told that to run power windows ill needs a medium/high range bcm, and mine is low range... so it will need to be swapped over.

now my question is, will it all just unplug/unscrew, then the new one will screw in, and all wires attached back to the med/high range one?
will it run properly? is a new bcm all ill need to swap? will it mess up other things?

if it runs smoothly, all ill need to do is unplug the low range, plug in the med/high range and then replug in the plugs, then get the new loom from the power windows and run it to it.

You will also need the keyhead to go with the new bcm.

I have a low range BCM and power windows so you shouldn't need to swap the BCM over.

oh really? well i was told i will need medium or higher, thats such good thing to hear, wont need a new key or swap anything over.
