Noisy Belt on VS

I have recently replaced main drive/"fan" belt on my VS statesman and it squeaks like crazy. Have tried everything.. replaced belt.. degreased pulleys but cant get rid of the noise. Anyone else experienced similar problem and how did you rectify?.. thanks

Hey mate,are you sure its not a pulley bearing? ...is it a v8 or v6?....try spraying a little CRC on the pully bearing or tensioner itself ...the new belt/s are putting a little more tension on these parts....
