    Exclamation Spark Plugs and Running Rich??

    Hi guys, just wanting to know,

    My car had a Farked' Fuel Regulator about a month back (it was farked' for like 3 or 4 Months prior to me fixing it)


    anyway. i havent changed plugs yet...

    will the plugs be shot because of running rich??...

    do you reckon i'll get some fuel economy back when i change them?...

    is it advisable to change them cause of this??...

    just give the old ones a bit of a clean with a fine wire brush and put em back in! probably the cheapest thing you could do that never fails!

    easiest way to tell, take a plug out and look at it, it should be relatively clean, not covered in black soot or caked in burnt oil. check the electrode clearances too.

    1.0mm for a V8 or 1.5 for a V6, or was that the other way around? I forgot now, left the manual in the car and its raining.

    1.5mm for V6
    I tune the oldschool way fear on the passengers face and knuckle colour cant go wrong
    tabbacco is still my favorite vegetable
