it is possible, the only ones i've seen have been a 1 off and all custom work. no real benefit if on a stock block, but that never stops anyone if you want it, go for it. there will be opinions, listen to them, then decide after you have some of the facts we dont want you wasting money

IIRC there is a guy on ebay selling buick twin throtts.

You will need to run much smaller throttle bodies to have any real drive ability on the street.

As we all know they control the air flow into the motor, by increasing the area you get more air flow in regards to the throttle position, so part throttle driving might be affected. Going to extremes but if you use 2 stock throttle bodies in theory you will have twice as much air flowing thru at any given pedal position.

Also you might have issues with turbulence where the intake pipes join.

don't waste your money... not enough benefit from it and would possibly cost more than your cars worth.

spend your pennies on a better car/motor.

Good bit of info there, remember no matter how many throttles you have, you are still limited by the intake piping, your spot on about the TPS though, I think it stuffs up the shift points yeah?

Though a tune can fix that..

i wasnt talking about the TPS rather the amount of air flowing thru at any given time.

For example lets say it needs 150L of air a minute to drive at 100kms and you need your foot half way down to do that speed, now lets say we increase the size of the piping and throttle body to flow double the amount. now you will only need your foot 1/4 of the way down to do that speed as the air flowing thru it will reach the 150L of air a minute required
