Pull the centre console apart and you should be able to see what needs to be removed.

You've got to remove the entire center console surround.
It's screwed in in a few places... Open the glove box, down the right side. Open the drivers side knee panel thing, down the left side of that. Pull the auto shifter/radio+heater surround off... behind there is a few. You have to remove the heater unit to get it right out. Then you have clear access to the bolts that hold the radio in. There are tutorials all over this forum, do a search.

It's actually easier than it sounds... I can get it out pretty quickly now, I've had to change it over like 4 times (Don't ask, warranty stuff). The only thing you might have a bit of trouble with is the heater controls... When you disconnect the air hoses from the back of it, you'll hear air hissing out. Don't freak out, its meant to happen. You just lose the compression. When you reconnect the heating unit, it won't work until you start the engine. Then give it a few seconds and you're good to go.
    Good luck
