Try checking your error codes -

    Checking error codes VR/VS (Revised)

Sounds like it might be a transmission problem.

Also, you have a VR Series 3?

Being a car owner that runs on gas I experienced the same problem. I recommend you getting your car tuned. Making sure its full of gas when being tuned. Also having the leads and spark plugs changed to high performance ones. Ask the gas tuner, they should know which ones you need. But after this it should be sweet. Once you have it good with gas your on easy street.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, dont do this, because during a tune the mechanic will check for any leaks and it may require the tank to be emptied. Do make sure you have around $15 in there tho, its enough for a good test drive and tune but not to big of a waste if it needs to be drained.

Go to the nearest supercheap/autobarn/repco and buy a workshop manual that shows you step by step how to do everything, or just take it to a mechanic....

Gas issue dude, mine did it too. Air leaks into the system can cause it. Simply go back to a gas dealer ship and get them to check it out.
