    Question code reader

    hi there,would any body be able to help,can i use a OBD11 on board diagnostics scan tool/code reader on a 95 vs i have a connection under my steering column i am not to sure if this is what is for any replys would be a great help thanks?

    Not sure what code reader goes for what car, but that loom is exactly what it is for. If you are just looking to check error codes then invest in a paperclip and bridge the ALDL test socket with the Earth socket and turn on accessories. The engine light will flash accordingly to what codes are present.

    OBD2 works on VT series 2 onward. upto series 1 VT uses OBD1
