ok heres my problem

first i know the alternator is on its way ok ,the car goes in to limp home mode cant drive only 40 kms max car revs out to like 1500 to 2000 while stoped 1st gear is rough while changing im loosing coolent ??? dont know were from ? cars done 245.000 kms what should i do i got a alternator on the way on and when it goes in to limp mode everything flashes on the dash could this be the alternator doing all of this please help lol or should i just get a new one lol

faulty altenator doesn't cause limp mode but yes flashing lights on dash means altenator is stuffed and your battery is getting flat. Where are you finding coolant??? on the ground? if so try to trace where its come from. Bit hard to see through my computer in to your engine bay lol

Faulty alternator can cause limp home mode, happened when my alternator wasn't charging.

Voltage dropped and the gearbox would go into limp home mode.
