Default car idles ruff after accessories have been left on.

Hey guys when i have my accessories turned on eg when i have the cd player on for about 15 minutes or longer and then start the car up again it kicks over then idles ruff for about 2 seconds sometimes sounds like its gunna stall and then idles fine again? the longer you have the accessories (cd player) on for the more ruff it idles on start up.

Could this be the battery on its way out?

    Any help would be great

    Thanks Guys.

Does it start alright? No slow cranking or anything?

If a battery is dying it usually shows on the starting, because the car is self-sustaining once it is running.
