Another central locking thread

I've tried searching but just got confused..
My central locking doesn't seem to work at all... When I push the lock button on the key, nothing happens.. When I push the unlock button the indicators flash, but that's it. The unlock button also stops the alarm from going off.
All my doors seem to be independant too.. When I lock or unlock the drivers door, from both inside and out, none of the other doors do anything.
Could this be flat remote battery, a blown fuse, or is something else in my central locking broken?

From the sounds of it, your central locking motors are sticky or stuffed. How long has this been happening? did they all go at once, or die one at a time?

well i bought the car last Friday and I realised it didn't work when I parked it and tried to lock it for the first time.
