ok if your have knowledge of how this all works i.e how to ire the fuse and the cabling etc. then thats a good start. i ow a vr commodore and i did mine 2 weeks ago. i installed the fuse about 10cms from the battery and stuck it to the wheel well /strut tower under the fuse box. if you have bought a amp kit containing all the suitable wiring then its even easier. i wrapped some protector shrink stuff around the power cable and ran it behind the fuse box and behind the accel. cable along the firewall. if you look behind the brake booster you will see a rubber grommet, pull this out and poke the power cable through here. go in the car find that cable and pull it over the brake and accel. pedals and secure it down as to not interfere with your driving. now pull it to the right and shove it behind the kick panel (the bit that the bonnet release is fixed too) and continue to run it under the sill plastic panel (the peice of plastic that sits over the sill panel, and you step over it to get out of the car) continue it along her until the back seat, remove the back seat and run it up into the boot. leave the back seat out as you will prob need to run rva leads and a remote feed line etc. now plug in all other wires (rca's, remote etc.) and run them as you did the power cable only on the pass. side with the exception of using a seat belt holder as the ground for your amp. and vuala you have a clean setup with no visible wires. if you like clean installs you could also construct a frame and mount the anp to the boot rooof. the thing that sucks is that the boot has a "rise" in it near the back seat so i just mounted the sub on the right side in the back corner. hope this helps you

Is it just me though or is the search function not very helpful? Either it finds like 5 million threads or none
