I have a VS Exec, would like to know what simple things I can do to improve handling on these, I have GT Monroe's lowered shocks with STD springs, some bushes have been replaced, Link pins/bushes are flogged need to change willing to lower if it makes an improvement to handling.
open to all ideas.
slam it, v8 front springs ,bigger sway bars and nolathane............lots of it. oh and low profile tyres ,strut brace, seem welds. oh i could go all night!!!!!
I'll disagree with the poly bush idea. They have their places, in the front end of a street car is not one of them, it is to harsh and it wears quicker then rubber also so you replace more of them. They are ok for link pins to keep them tightly connected, but thats about it up front. Best bet for the front end is a big sway bar and some heavier springs, they dont nessacarily need to be lower either. If you do get heavy duty springs in the front its best to go just a size lower anyway as they will tend to sit high compared to strandards as they dont compress under the same weight.
