brake light and blinker

Hey i searched the forums for this topic, nothing showed up, so:

I notice that when i push the brake pedal, my left blinker light comes on. It doesn't make the 'tick' sound, but is constant. Also when I turn the left blinker on without pressing on the brake, it works as normal. Any ideas? Also the right blinker works normal in all circumstances.

you have a short, got a tow bar on it ?

a brake light wire is touchin the indicator wire sumwhere....

Most likly be in your wireing for tow bar as said but also check tha tail light wiring too on the side its playin up on.

ok im a noob at this, how would I go about checking this?

id be following the brake light wire along from ur tail light and trailer loom, looking for a break on a bend or sumfink.
Something may be wedged agaist the wireing like ur spare whee, wearing the wire insulationl... if its that side.

It willl only take one strand of wire from the brake to teh indicator to connect it, making it light up.
