    Default Do front bars sit straight over top of each other

    Reason i ask is i bought a VS II calais thats i bit banged up. I want to use it to measure out the foglight holes for my berlina.I was thinking that if i take off my front bar and stick it the calais bar over top it should fit snug,but i had to ask incase im wrong

    mmk,if i take a VS series 2 calais front bar and put it over a standard front bar,how close will they fit together,say enough to outline the foglight holes onto the standard bar

    So basically you want to stack the two bars on top of each other? I don't think anybody has done this, so there's only one way to find out.

    Are you trying to put factory foglight bezzels in?

    If i have it correct he wants to callis bar over a standard bar so he can trace a outline so he can cut holes for foglights

    Your best off making a template.

    Easiest way is mark the calais bar with a piece of paper tracing everything around the fog light.

    Most effective way is to use plaster and cast a moulding of the foglight then mark the new bar

    tracing fog light holes is what im after. Plaster may be a really good idea. But yeah using the calais bar to cover the berlina bar and trace out fog light holes and he clip holes,for the bezels and the calais front bar insert.
