No High intensity on Speedo (instrument cluster)

For some reason the High intensity light for the speedo has gone out, but all other gauges still have high intensity. First one side went out, then a week later I lost the other side.

One Holden dealer told me to replace ALL the globes at $10.50 each.
One Holden dealer told me it wont be the globes and theres only 1 globe for the speedo, and 1 for the needle.
One parts store told me I have to get genuine globes
Someone else has told me they are a standard globe at bout 50cents each.

Can someone share some light on this, if its the globes I want to have them before I pull the dash apart, if its not the globes, where do I start?

Is it a L1, L2 (tacho) or L3 (trip computer) dash?

Oh sorry, Level 2 (Tacho, but no trip computer)

L2 cluster has 4 globes in it. 1 for the tacho, 1 for the fuel/temp and 2 for the speedo. They are large twist in globes (sames style as the warning lamps just bigger).
