hi guys ok i have got heavy duty pedders springs and shocks in the back of my vs v6 sedan non irs ,now they are a nice hard spring but i noticed when im standing at the back wheel and give the car a little push sideways it has some very noticable sideways movement ,[hardly any effort ]im wondering what would cause this excess sideways movement possibly the standard trailing arm bushes or panhard bushes they are 250 thousand km old after all ,anyway if any1 could shed some light on how i can firm the rear up more id b much appreciative cheers muz
^^^^what he said ^^^^
If they are 250,000KLM'S old then I'd say your car need a thorough going over because there's probably a few bushes front and rear that need replacing.
Pedders do a cheap safety check if your not sure on the condition and then you can replace them yourself!![]()

My VS with IRS has a bit of wobble at the back as well, but I don't have a panhard rod. Any other suggestions ?
Maybe try the IRS cradle mount bushes.
