problem with my VS BT1?

hey people i have a 95 VS BT1 factory manual 355 stroker. iv had a problem with it for the last few weeks.

sometimes it will start an sometimes it wont!!!

its like it wants to start, but it just wont get that final spark to ignite and run!!

i have put new leads, new sparrk plugs in it an changed the ignition module < ( spelling )

if i push start it it will fire an run, then you turn it off an then start it again an it will start!!

i dont know wat else it could be??? i had it at the machanics for three day an it started

everytime!!! how typical!!!

if anyone has any ideas, let me PLEASE!!! that would good

Check earthing - very important to make car go.
Had same problem with mine. The one time it didn't work perfectly for the mechanics, they found it straight away. Rotten earth cabling. battery to body, and body to some other bit under the bonnet.

Also check the continuity of the power wire that runs from the battery into the engine harness and then to the starter motor, as well as the connector itself.

well i just tried to start it and yep, it wounldn't start!!! so i push started it an it was fine... turned it off then tried to srart it and it wouldn't start!!! hasn't done that before, normaly starts straight away!!!

its like it not getting any compression when key starting it, wen you push start it it starts really easy.. only need about 10 meters to push it!!!

i mght try putting a new coil on it an see wat happens... it has to be something to do with the spark so!!! see wat happens!!!

found out wat the problem was!!! a weak spark!!! lucky i brought a new coil!!!

all good now!!!
