    Default do you need gaskets when installing pacemakers?

    hey guys.


    going to be installing my pacemakers tomorrow. just not sure if i should get a set of the metal gaskets or is it better to use a gasket goo etc. any help appreciated.


    anyone with experience with a 5 litre especially.

    i use the metal gasket and a thin bead of high temp gasket goo

    yes. get the gasket, nothing worse than an exhaust leak

    I'd use the gasket so they seal nicely. As said above, nothing shitter than an exhaust leak.

    yes you need the gasket. bursons had mine for $13

    Some say no but I can never get them to seal properly without one.

    thanks for your input reaper.


    got the manifold gaskets for 15 dollars.

    and the ones cat ones for 4 dollars each.

    you dont have to tell me exhaust leaks suck. when i had the stock system on it. rust had set in. and the dodgy metal holden make their exhausts with was crumbling. and sounded horrible.
