VS Problem sound diagnosis, rear creaking/knocking

Got an odd noise coming from the back of my VS.
It sounds like a creaking / knocking coming from the back left, only when I turn right AND accelerate. sometimes does it a little when i gun it from a dead stop.

Now I only just replaced my exhaust as it was rooted before. and since then I have noticed this noise... now I'm not sure if it is the exhaust knocking, or if i never noticed the noise before because my car was so loud.
seems odd that it only happens when turning right AND accelerating, have rattled around the exhaust and it doesn't seem to be hitting anything, so meh I dunno.

Any ideas?

I'd suspect the exhaust as well plus it is on the left hand side at the rear.
