Heater Zones Not Working.. Help!

Hey, yesterday i had to take apart my dash and all that sort of thing to gain access to my stereo. after putting things back together today i found that there is a constant 'hissing' from my heater and it wont turn off, also the zones dont work its just coming out of the feet area in one big constant push of air. i connect the vacume lines at the back of the heater control panel (not climate control, manual knobs). what could be wrong? i know i've done something wrong haha just dont know what it is.
Any help would be great.

You must have disconnected one of the vacuum hoses while working on your stereo.

have a look at the back of the heater control panel and see if u clipped the rod that connects to the little white clip that flips open. it might just be letting it out cos its not connected properly, also the knob that adjusts how u receive the hot/cold air between the demister etc, check that its connected properly, may have crossed the plugs if thats possible. otherwise u could have a leak in the system. see how u go

thanks for the help. i did disconnect them but i also reconected them, also i made sure the little adjusting rod is in properly. could i have ripped out a vacume line somehwere else eg not near the controls?
