    Default commodore problem

Hi there, i currently have a vs commodore with a problem as listed,

20minutes to the dot it will stop, sometimes restart straight up, sometimes affter a little while,

after it starts it will run fine. even in a 900kay trip. as soon as you let it sit for 4-5 hours. the same problem will arise agian, then after the stall, its fine agian,,

had it to holden and various places and on computers and no one can seem to fix it,

replaced, crankangle sensor, fuelpump, coolant temp switch, dfi module, and now the computer....

    any idears?

    Cheers,
    Ice,

All that pops into my head would be the alternator maybe. I'll wait for some other ideas. Sounds like everyone else you've taken to is having some trouble with it too aye. Maybe time try another mechanic.

That's unlucky. When you say it does not start do you mean you just keep cranking it over but there is no go, or kinda starts and then dies?

Body Control Module. It's located behind the fuse panel. It controls things like power windows, variable wipers, cruise control etc. There are three types Low, Mid and High.

how are the injectors in the car, how are spark plugs, how is the fuel pump or filter, how are the coil packs, hows the butterfly in the throttlebody, and you say that they have gone over your computer, and you have replaced it right, does the engine light come on at any point and lastly does the engine run rough (like vibrating and stuff badly)

new pump. filter, injectors have been done, new sparkys, new coil packs/dfi, no engine light, and stops like a heart beat, no coughing spluttering or anything,

Id be guessing if it was a fuel pump regulator it wouldent stop EXACTLY the same time every morning. then after a restart its totally fine,.. but i could be wrong,
