I can't really help you sorry and I dare say you won't get much help from the mob here either as they probably think your a car thief trying to steal their cars.

lost my last set of keys help!

    Once more: LOL

I'd just take a flat blade screw driver and see if that works. Sorry to hear of your bad luck...

i have no idea how they started it or how bad the ignition is.the police found it about an hour and a half's drive away from my house.
we don't have the $300 its going to cost to get it towed home so need to figure out how we can start it.sorry i'm not trying to steal anyones car but i can see why people wouldn't tell a stranger how to do it.

Hire an electrician to go out and install a new ignition.

Stupid question IMO. Id have to agree with TR33VV. How do we know your not planning to steal someone elses car?

Most car trailers have a winch of some sort.

Also, if I can help out let me know. I also have RAA plus and a towbar if needed. I should have my car back from the mechanic later today...

In most cases it's actually cheaper to tow it then hiring a car trailer. So shop around for a place that will do it for you.

The reason i said it's cheaper is because when i needed to get my car taken from someones house to mine at would have cost me $90 or so to hire the trailer and petrol and time to go get the car. I then called a certain company in Penrith and they quoted $140 to take the car home for me and drop the key off to where i worked, exelent service i thought.

Hope you'll get locknuts for the wheels this time. They aren't expensive.

I can't vouch for any of these guys but this is what I could find in the Yellow Pages:

    All Type Crash
1395 Main North Rd Para Hills West SA 5096
    ph: (08) 8281 0130

    McIntyre Crash
3 McIntyre Rd Para Hills SA 5096
    ph: (08) 8258 7062

    Old Scool Body Works
42 Ayfield Rd Para Hills West SA 5096
    ph: 0427 522 085

There is also one on the corner of Bridge and Research Roads - I think they are called something like "Crash 2000"?

Your lucky it was rookies that stole it.

If they wanted it to sell the wheels they wouldnt waste their time putting stockies on it, would have been bricks holding it up.

Keep your eye out for a car with your wheels... no doubt its the car owned by the thieves.

Take the stockies to the cops for fingerprinting.
