Is this the paint code for black pantha B171

Not sure if that's the right name but it's dark blue almost black and that's the code B171 on my '99 VS Statesman-

I used to be a spraypainter a few years ago and from memory that code was Raven mica. Panther mica is more green than blue.

Are sweet thanks for the help I'm looking at a boot but it's not the right color and couldn't tell in the photo because all those colors look black in pictures-
