Default VS Speed Alert - A Joke

Hey guys i have a VS Ute and my speed alert works perfectly except the backlight globe to light up the display at night which is blown

Today i went to Autobarn and a few other similar places looking for a replace globe and had no luck. I then went to Southgate Holden looking for the correct globe and they have them but at $20 each

Anyone have any ideas of where to get a replacement globe or the genuine one but at a reasonable price since they probably cost 5c to manufacture. Or does anyone have a spare one by chance? Because if i did end up forking out $20 for a pissant globe and it blew id probably go back and hit the guy

    Thanks
    Matt.

Go to a wrecker and look for for the up/down antenna, rear wiper (station wagon only), air conditioning buttons in the VN-VP range. They take the exact same globe.

Hey guys awesome news, today i went back down to the wreckers with my old man and we didn't find any of the globes you mentioned about in the older Holden commodores. But we did find 6 globes that were in the Toyota Camry's AC/Demister/Wiper buttons. The good news is 3 of the 6 globes work, so now i have a fully functioning speed alert and 2 spare globes for when the other one decides to blow

Heaps better then paying $20 for one from Holden, so technically i made $60 today

Thanks heaps guys for the help
    Matt
