Hi all.

I'm trying to remove & replace the belt on the powersteering pump. I can't seem to release the tension on the belt. I have loosend the nut underneath and to the right of the p/s pump (which has an elongated hole) but there are two studs up top with nuts on them. How is this bracket supposed to rotate with two studs at the top?

I have an elleries manual which was no use at all, though I am still reading.

Any tips would be appreciated.
