Question Will rear shocks from a VQ statesman fit a VS

Both rigs are IRS but I just don't know about the size of the mounting bolts, location points and angles and stuff.
    (sound quite technical don't I)

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Yep, VQ IRS and VS IRS are the same shocks.
